Things you need to know before your appointment…
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

No advil, aspirin, ibuprofen for 24 hours prior to injection time. This decreases potential for bruising. Do NOT discontinue any of these if prescribed.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

No laying down for 4 hours.

Do not rub/massage the area until the following morning.

Do not exercise until the following morning post treatment. This decreases potential for spreading.

No saunas or steam rooms for 48 hours post treatment.
SIDE EFFECTS
A common side effect is a minor headache either night of injections or following day. You can take Tylenol if necessary. Bruising is always a risk with any injectable.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
You can NOT receive treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding/pumping. If you have any auto-immune diseases or muscular skeletal diseases, and/or either of the contraindications are applicable to you, please call us at 516-996-4810 to determine if you are a candidate for the treatment prior to your appointment.
PRODUCT & PRICING
The neurotoxin administered is Xeomin, Jeuveau or Daxxify unless the brand name Botox is requested. In comparison to the brand name Botox, both neurotoxins have the same onset, and same duration. However, these neurotoxins have a better price point, allowing me to keep my pricing at $10 per unit. The product takes 3-5 days to go into effect, and 14 days for full result. All neurotoxins are on label to last 3 months per FDA.
Pricing is “per unit,” not “per area.” Therefore, if a 2-week touch up is required, any additional units injected will cost $10 per unit. We feel this is what is most fair for our clients, as opposed to charging “per area,” and paying for units you might not need. Touch-ups are NOT included.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
Forms of payment are cash, venmo, and zelle. Cash preferred! No credit cards. You may attach a credit card to Venmo for payment.
Payment is required at the time of service. If you wish to pay by venmo and don’t have a Venmo account please download the app, and link your bank account information, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise the app will not work.
If paying with Venmo please remember to put a 😃 in the payment subject. Please do NOT click your payment is for a “service.” Venmo will deduct from your payment and there will be a balance owed.
CANCELATION POLICY
A $100 rebooking fee will be applied to cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time.
Two consecutive cancellations will require a $100 rebooking fee, regardless of time frame.
